My Surgeon seems to be dying every time I go to my Fraternity and collect his earnings ?

I have no one added on my friends list, and I have only ever declined the one invitation I got. So I can't see how anyone is sabotaging my stuff.

Is this normal to have 2 surgeons die in the space of 10 minutes ???

Yes, unfortunately they can die... they can all die.
But within 10 min... that's really bad luck.
