hi, quick question about seasons, on the change over between seasons does the player loose ALL reputation and ALL weapons/armour and equip?

in wich round the reputation and weapons are resets..to give chances to new players get the top..to give more competition..and to be a fair play and anyone have advantage to anyone..and wich one must work to get that advantage alaways.

Don't want to jinx the game but what's the expected number of seasons? Will there only be a set amount, or will the game keep going indefinatly(I HOPE)? say it will
