To succes with a loom, alliance loom, backstab, etc, the combination is based om the STI that you have. Can't tell you the formula, but us our calc with premium account and you'll understan better.
To put some kind of limit to the player to own factories, we added an other formula that "intelligence" is included. If we did'n have a limit it would be possible to own unlimited amount of factories and that is not good for the game.
