alliance loom hit difficulty question

every player has to have equal power as the alliance hit difficulty or the sum of every players power has to be equal whit the alliance hit difficulty?

It's the sum of every players power has to be equal whit the alliance hit difficulty.

So that means that one person can hit an alliance loom alone (if he/she has the requested D.P) or must be a party necessary??

No, you must also have the minimum number of members for the hit..
